Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ 3) another missing L share pipe (no mention in the inpsection, I am very surprised to know this --- quite unbelievable You can see from the pic and 2) and 3) are very close Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ The builder replied: "Please note, no external concreting was done by LIH, Please obtain your own plumber to correct the issues.." Well, the only 2 reasons for missing pipes I can think are 1) forget to install 2) people who did the concreate path for some reasons, took it over?? How do you think I should handle this issue? contacthing with VBA? I defenitly want the builder to cover the costs at least for missing pipes...(because I have to rip concrete path off and install it again) -- for broken point, well I agree it does happen due to other reasons so fair to do it myself To my understanding early saw cuts are to control shrinkage cracks, so doing them now would be pointless. Control joints may reduce ugly cracking during periods of soil… 3 9862 Hey guys building a new place through a volume builder and just wondering if i should complain to the site supervisor as we just had plasterboard installed.
