Browse Forums General Discussion 1 Feb 02, 2021 4:23 pm Hi All, Just starting the process of a knock down rebuild and I am drawing up some plans for a custom design. The block is in a cul de sac with a 10m front setback, As i am the first block where the cul de sac starts to "bowl" I have a curved set back (Shown in the orange line) hence almost all "Kit" homes wont suit my block as all new home are designed for perfectly rectangular or square blocks hence the need to a custom design. Anyway I have sketch this up as was hoping minimal windows facing west (only theater small high rectangle window on ground floor) Block boundary in red and build boundary in orange Thanks for any tips/pointers in advanced Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Re: Floor plan feedback. 2Feb 04, 2021 3:52 pm I like the floorpan although room measurements will define if it all works.
