Browse Forums General Discussion 1 Feb 01, 2021 10:42 am Hello All, I recently moved into a townhouse and I have noticed that there is a pipe (very hard rubber) sticking out of my front yard and entering into the house between the lower end of the brick and the concrete slab. Since its a new build I contacted the builder and asked him what this pipe was. He said it is not electrical and is water to the house. I am a bit concerned and worried that the water supply to the townhouse has been done this way and I have a feeling it is partially buried (not an expert). I have attached a picture so any plumbers/building supervisors can please advice me as to what is legal and the correct way to rectify this problem.
