At the moment it stops at the lowest point it can get to and pools where you don't want it. You need to have some way of moving it to where you want. Surface drainage would help as well as sub-surface drainage. I had a property with a adjacent acreages and the water flowed towards my home until I created some drainage uphill from my home to keep it moving away and into surface drains installed by the builder. Is there somewhere you can redirect the water to? This certainly doesn't look good. I would be engaging with an independent inspector to have a look at this.
