I have a crawlspace underneath my house with wooden stumps. The house was built around the 1940. We've been having issues with water leaking into the crawlspace. I personally went inside and it was damp and moist. I have fixed the gutter and downsprout issues and hopefully no more water goes inside. There are some areas that do not have vent. Is the solution to install more vent so allow more airflow into the crawlspace?
Should I consider spray foaming the wood underneath the floorboard? (above the crawlspace)
House is in Sydney.
