I was filling form 75 to become an OB of childcare centre (in Western Australia), it says that an OB can build a commercial building of less than 500 square metres. But when I read the definition of class 5 buildings, it mentions that they are typical commercial buildings. While, BCA codes (Volume 1) is specifically designed for class 2-9 'commercial' buildings (as the name suggests) I am not sure whether Perth has its own way of doing things in regards to this.
