Browse Forums General Discussion 1 Jan 13, 2021 3:00 pm Just a question on the rainwater tank plumbing... I've noticed some plumbing were fitted above my rainwater tank. I am just not 100% sure how it works. I've checked and confirmed the inlet on the right is only going to the toilets in my house (by turning off the knob and no water is filling the toilet canister). If I turned on the yellow tab water will leak out from the terminal fitting below the tab. So if I say the plumber is just install the basic plumbing for using water from Mains to flush toilet, but left a connection to the rainwater tank right? Is that a specialised T-piece that can switch Rainwater / Mains? or I will need to buy a specialised T-piece to switch Rainwater / Mains? Any recommendations that is affordable? Thanks.
