We have a set of corner stackers installed in a new build home on the Sunshine Coast. Ceiling height 3m, door height 2.4m. As the longer side of the corners exceeds 4.2M (we went to 4.6M), GJ Noosa told us we needed to upgrade to a commercial grade stacker. That cost us a lot of money, but tat was fine. The problem is the doors are extremely difficult to open. We have kids aged 5, 7 and 8. None of then can open these doors. My wife even struggles. I'm going to get some digital scales and measure the pull force required to initially slide the doors, and then to maintain the momentum. But i need to know the standard. When i google this, i only find regs regarding requirements for disability or handicapped requirements. I also find a lot of info on regulations for overseas minimum requirements, but nothing for Oz.
