Before initiating the Knockdown Rebuild, what are the things from existing house which can be sold and where to sell them? We are thinking some stuff like, wardrobes, oven, vanity, LED downlight fittings, ducted conditioner, floorboards etc what else? Is it recommended to sell each item separately or all together?

Note that some demo companies will do a cheaper quote based on what they can sell/use so check that option out. Another option could be to take pics and post on fb marketplace
