If you flip the orientation of the room and putter double cavity sliders on the door, you will get the extra light you are looking for by leaving the doors open when you aren't using the room. It could also have direct access to the outdoor area via external sliders. That leaves bedrooms one and three with direct access to the 2nd bathroom and bedroom 2 could then be used as a multi-purpose room (guest room, play room or study). Great suggestion except we have already built and just looking at how we could make adjustments. In hindsight I would have gone with the Two over the One. But yes, this floor plan is essentially what we would end up turning our Manhattan One into.
