Looking to purchase this property for a knock down rebuild, but a bit concerned about the electrical pole and the overhead power lines. Looks like it supplies power to two adjacent neighbours.
My question is:
- Will the power pole be an issue for demolition and building?
- What is the most likely course of action and costs do we need to factor in (tiger tails, pole relocation, underground pit?)
I've seen on the forum pole relocation costs can be 50-60k so want to know before we buy the property.
Thanks in advance.
