Check all special conditions on McMaster Designer Homes before you engage with them. Ask for a standard contract before you hand any money over.
The Special conditions that you have to pay a Penalty for using a private inspector is the same as saying that you have to pay for their defective works.
We do not recommend that you deal with this company.
