Faith i've had it as a precaution between the time I demo'd and the time I commenced build. The vacant land was fenced off so there was really no need for anyone to be on the property. I did not need to claim and the process of purchasing was straight forward. They were amongst the most competitive with the added benefit of a pro-rata refund if the full year was not utilised which wasn't generally offered by the other places I got quotes from. i literally had 2 dealings with them, once when i purchased and once when I cancelled.
