My house is ten years old, it has steel beam foundations , with wooden walls vinyl cladding , l beleive the timber parts were treated to be termite resistant when the house was built. l have'nt seen any signs of termites, only thing that may worry me a bit is l saw little bit of sawdust in the attic or inside roof area but thats probably left over from when the house was built . l think termite inspections cost $350 , l dont want to get one if its not necessary . My question is how oftern should l get a termite inspection, should l get one now as the last one was two years ago. how oftern do you get them 9 24757 In Victoria you cannot put a caveat on arising from a domestic building contract. 65 112182 Yes, neither is termite damage that is not covered by your house insurance. 3 6571 |
