Hi Guys, we have recently secured a lot in The Hills of Carmel on Galloway Road, Box Hill, NSW. My builder is going through a private certified and we are told to get developer approval on the plans from the land developer. Can you please advise:
- Who to reach out to, for approval? Is there a contact?
- Secondly, how long does it take for the approval to be granted?
- is the developer flexible with any minor changes that may not be aligned with the guidelines?
- how has the general experience with developer approval been?
Please advise as we need to start building soon and this is the last piece of approval pending.
