Obviously I will engage a qualified building inspector before buying the house, just want to know what you guys think about the construction method etc. anything which you think is notable.. The house is built in 2008, built on a moderate slope. Just thinking out loud here, Sam the type of advice youre after really is paid advice. In short the work wouldn't/shouldn't have been approved it the construction method wasn't sound. If you want anything more detailed and comforting around the construction you'll need to engage an engineer or a building inspector. good luck.
