In the picture that I have attached is where heaps of water pools and does not drain. It become extremely muddy an in accessible. I would like to know if this falls on the builder to fix? However, I would also like some advice on how one would go about fixing this and how much it would cost approximately. Thanks. Get a copy of the certified Stormwater plan, Engineering , geotech report from your local council Unfortunately you wont have access to the Building contract and will need to determine contractually who is responsible for the stormwater.
