Leppington Byron Bay Land registration

We have just put a deposit for the unregistered land in Leppington Byron bay, and just wondering if anyone have done the same and just wanted to find out the timeframe for the registration for the land since my sunshine date is Oct 2021.

We are also looking at the same area - Byron rd & Heath rd in Leppington. But the land we are having our eye on has it’s rego towards the end of this year Nov/Dec

Hi guys, we just put down deposit for unregistered land at Byron Rd/ Ingleburn rd. The land rego is due end of 2021.
Just wondering how you go with yours? any delay?

Apparently they have mentioned, land will be registered in March this year.

I am waiting for the registration as well. It was supposed to be registered in January, but now they are saying the land might be registered in the second quarter of the year.

I heard 36 Byron road is registered now.

Thats great! we are at 66 byron. Hopefully it will be registered soon as more and more lots have been registered around there.

Hello Guys, any update on Land registration in 36 Byron Road leppington garden ? My agent told me for April and later June . Its already mid june and I havent heard anything from there. Is anyone here bought land in leppington garden and waiting for registration??

Apparently my builder told me it will happen in 2 weeks time. But hopefully befor Mid July.

Yeah lets hope for the Best. I called my vendor solicitor last week and i was told they haven't heard any update from the Developer. Have you done lender valuation for the land yet??
