Floor plan for a porter Davis home built in 2005

Hi all, we recently moved in to a PD house built in 2005. I am after the floor plan for some renovation ideas. There are quite a few of this design built around that time as I have seen on real estate .

It’s 44 sq , 4 bed, 3 bath. All room has WIR, sorts as a spiral staircase, a U shaped kitchen is at the back with window deck for out door serving/ entertaining. Can someone share the the NAME of this design so I can google the floor plan ?

check with local council: they could still have a copy of he original plans from when the house was first built and assuem you've tried to contact the Porter Davis company for old plans
