We have put a deposit down on this block and are currently looking at home designs. 14m frontage, 29.84m (on the longer side) and 17.56m on the shorter side.
The crossover/driveway is on the right hand side with the adjacent block. If we do move the driveway to the left hand side it would mean we can build a bigger house (given the design guidelines). We are looking to build a double storey on this (we've been told it's possible)
I was told by my land agent that the cross over can be usually moved once the titling is done. I would have to submit the form and get approval and get my builder to do it. Since no construction is started am I not able to get this done through the developer? Can or should I talk to my developer directly?
Any help or advice regarding situation/block is appreciated.
