Be firm on what you have them signed up for, if it is clear the posts are to be a certain colour well it will be obvious, if the wall is shown to be a particular distance and it is different well then it is wrong. You need some firm documentation for these items to push your point, there may be a fair and reasonable reason why these changes have occurred.
