I'm in the early stages of looking at building a new house. I am wanting decent sized bedrooms for the kids. I'm looking at volume builders plans and most of the bedrooms are around 3 by3m. Is it easy with a volume builder to increase the house width and length by approx 1 meter all the way along? or will this cost more than the added cost per sqm increase in house size? I hope that makes sense!
