Mernda & Doreen Residen 3884Apr 21, 2012 6:59 pm The new station opens tomorrow. If you drive through the Ferres Blvd/McDonalds Rd intersection, or anywhere past the high school during peak times, allow plenty of extra time. I expect the traffic flow to be a total nightmare. There are already huge delays coming through there between 5:30-6:00pm. Doesn't look like the Plenty Rd works will be finished for at least another 3-4 months. Re: Ladies and Gents, step right up! Warnings are already being given out, although I haven't spotted any signs as yet. Re: Ladies and Gents, step right up! Mernda & Doreen Residen 3888Apr 26, 2012 12:33 pm mak_ Sounds exciting, finally a new place to go and eat. I was wondering if anyone here could recommend a Private Inspector?? We are getting handover in the next couple of weeks and would like another set of eyes (professional) to go through it with us. I definitely know there are 2 stuff ups thats will need attending too!!! Can't believe how busy the area is getting now. Hopefully the duplication on Plenty Road is coming to a finish!! Hi Mark, Kevin and Theo of New Home Inspections... I'll ask them to help my with my PCI too! Do you have any recomendation for Fencing and Driveway!??? Re: Ladies and Gents, step right up! Mernda & Doreen Residen 3890Apr 27, 2012 11:00 am sorry just found it...Dividing fences Side fences can be up to 1.5m high within the first 3m of your front property boundary, and increase to 2m from that point onwards. You will require a building permit for any fence higher than these limits, and whenever it is proposed to vary from the building regulations through the Report and Consent Approval process. Found that one, but it takes longer to drive to than the Epping one. The Epping one is much nicer, the grass is greener, and the area is smaller. Same agility equipment, but nice environment. They've just connected the water there. Re: Ladies and Gents, step right up!
