It's been pretty quick Hi Guys, Still a number of weeks to go yet before this development is complete and ready for Titles. Come June/July I reckon there'll be some building going on. Can't wait!!! Cheers, M Re: Ladies and Gents, step right up! Mernda & Doreen Residen 3323Apr 29, 2011 10:47 pm Had a few people quote us for the fence's today. And we also had a quote for a pergola, from a great local guy, we are very happy. Thankyou to Mark from Blue Gum Landscapes , for coming out and quoting us on Easter Friday and for getting back to us with a very detailed quote, he went out of his way and we will definitely hire him to build our pergola and help with our garden set up. Re: Ladies and Gents, step right up! Mernda & Doreen Residen 3324May 01, 2011 7:22 pm I see on the everton gardens web site they have the following listed: Mernda Town Centre will include: • A proposed new train station (23 km to the city) • A large new Medical Centre • The Mernda Village Community Activity Centre The train station has been canned hasn't it? Re: Ladies and Gents, step right up! Mernda & Doreen Residen 3325May 01, 2011 7:24 pm Jase The train station has been canned hasn't it? Nope, it's still planned for 2027.... Mernda & Doreen Residen 3326May 01, 2011 7:57 pm I had a drive around the estate today - so many new blocks! Was trying to figure out where the park was, and realised I could see my house roof from the peak And exciting news, no mice caught over the last few days I went to Sertels earlier in the week to see the plants on my to-buy list - at first I was a little put off as the gentleman refused to help me by showing me where I could find the plants - said to come back when I wanted to buy but I explained to him that I wanted to see them first to see if I liked them before buying. While I was actually searching around he would walk past and point me in a direction though, so it made up for it in the end They didnt have on thing I wanted though - Casuarina "Cousin It", does anyone know where I would be able to get this from??
