Browse Forums General Discussion 1 Mar 05, 2012 11:15 am Can anyone tell me if controllers develop faults, and whether they can be repaired. Mine is a very old system, more than 10 years. Recently, number 5 of my 5 stations refused to turn off. I did all the usual things, cleaned the inner valve etc, still doing it. So I replaced the complete valve assembly, solenoid etc. Surely this will fix it. Wrong. The annoying part is that if I run the stations individually, everything works OK. I have been running each station for 10 minutes, so I thought I'd try less per station. Sure enough, on 3 minutes per station everything turns off. On 5 mins. ditto. Back to 10 mins, 5 doesnt turn off. Would this drive you mad or what. Sure I can try station 5 on 9 mins or 11 mins, but if I go away on holidays, can I trust it to work correctly. Any advice would be helpful. Patrick.
