There is a bunch of wires installed from celling for later connection and will all end up in a cupboard below.
between the studs on the left section of frame are grey cables for alarm/smoke detectors, in the next section on the right is white conduit is for internet coming into house from outside, blue cables are for data ports, and whites are electrical. so not much room left on top plate to drill if some more data cables were going to be installed for security cameras.
Or maybe can drill another 25mm hole next to electrical bundle? if this does not exceed the number of holes they can drill in one plate.
Or have the hole in the left pane next to alarm cables?
Any one aware of standards where to put extra holes for so many wire bundles? they should all end up in the same cupboard.
May be straightforward to ACMA guys and a challenge for others?
