We have started a knockdown rebuild in Rowville (Knox city council) and demolition company have confirmed the demo work has been completed.
Today we received post demolition inspection report from the council and included comparison with items that had previously included in the asset protection obtained prior to demolition work.
In the report they have highlighted two items which were previously chipped now marked as cracked and one new item cracked. In the notice, we've given a month to do reinstate them.
Demolition company said this is common when large trucks and brought to the site and unavoidable. Apart from that no much assistance provided.
Any advice on how to get this resolved ?
