Browse Forums General Discussion Re: Entering a vacant block 2Jun 22, 2020 12:55 pm Hello, Not much to worry about in my opinion, I'd let it slide (like the kids have) as you're going to be building on the block yourself. You will be having an excavator / bobcat on your site messing with the levels and soil, trades moving around, rubbish on the site during construction etc. I would only be concerned if next door was dumping rubbish on the block, so keep an eye out for that. Hopefully with a bit of sunlight the puddles will dry up. I’m sure the kids will be disappointed thought 🤣 Elvis has left the building... The site supervisor quit after 2 month on the project. I guess he was just instructed to bark at people, but didn't like when he was… 26 21640 Yes it had a house on it. But Melbourne water only wanted something the original size of the existing house. We managed to fit a 45sq house on. 10 34370 4 4749 |
