We haven't signed our contract yet and we still have a few changes to make. I am just frustrated as we've been told that we can no longer make any changes to colours as they have already been submitted to the Developer for approval. Do builders normally inform prior to submission to the Developer and can you request with the Builder to amend the plan and colours and then resubmit to the Developer?
