Issue 1 - when there is a heavy storm, we get leakage in the ceiling of the main bedroom upstairs Issue 2 - in the process of cleaning our bathroom upstairs, we noticed that water was leaking into our bedroom downstairs. Thought that'd be the case... I found the warranty information online (see below). I'm guessing water leaking between floors is not considered a structural failure under of the dot points below?
