The reason is I am contemplating if it is worthwhile fixing patches of the fence line as it is damaged or replace all once construction is complete. I have drove by several sites where there are sections of the fence missing, and some have temporary fencing while others don't. Are broken fences during the course of construction replaced after the end of construction or should they be rectified immediately?
