We have been compiling a very large review that we intend on posting on most review boards once we are done with them so others can avoid the same problems. For anyone that signs with them, do not pay them until EVERYTHING has been completed and to the standards it should be for a NEW HOME!! As someone mentioned earlier in this thread, YES all builders have their faults - It is how they choose to deal with them that makes the difference. After a few months of back and forth they have sort of come to the party a fixed a few of the issues but there are still some that prevail. Our cornices keep cracking at the joins as the inspector had pointed out that they weren't installed using good standards. Additionally our front door is still without render and it has now been almost a year we moved into the house. Waiting for them to get back with a timeline of when those issues will be addressed failing which there is a new dispute escalation and redressal process that bacv have started so that's an option.
