Had a pretty good run with the house considering the poor weather, hopefully at lockup next week 👍

Hey mate, I can remember the exact figure but we were quoted by the builder over $3000 for skirting boards and decided to do after handover (same with painting which we were quoted $7000). What i will say is that the house includes ceiling and cornice painting and we actually had the painter for HG give as a quote directly via SMS which was very reasonable, unfortunately we had already accepted a quote and couldn’t back out. It may pay to wait until your painting is being done, you may get a quote from them 👍 Re: HGWA Lakelands 26Jan 16, 2023 6:28 am Kellra Hi All, I've been following the other builds closely and this site has been a great help. We purchased land off plan back in April just before the building bonus and it's taken the better part of 9 months to get titles on our block 🤦♂️ We are building on a 492 m2 block and went with the Munich Luxury with HomeGroup WA. We made a few changes from the original Munich Luxury plans;
We have prestart this week and hoping everything goes smoothly. I'll post updates when I can 😊 Original Plan Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Latest Version Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Prestart 14/01/2021 Front Elevation Style - Contemporary Front Elevation Colours
