Flashing LED Downlight

We have one downlight that flashes rapidly for 1-2 minutes on initially being switched on. It's on it's own driver, no dimmer but on the same circuit as 3 other downlights plus a fan that has two globes in it. After the flashing it settles down and is fine. Any ideas? Is the driver on the way out?

This happened when an LED is connected to an existing halogen downlights. I have this issue in the pass and replaced the LED to a Phillips one and it works fine now.
The LED didn't replace a halogen so it's not that. Might try another globe though to check
New globe didn't help. Ended up getting a sparky to change all 4 downlights to an integral type (TAYLOR 9W CCT CHANGING LED DIMMABLE)

Lesson learnt here? People who say they are gurus usually aren't
