Help removing bulb from pendant light

Hi everyone,

Likely a stupid question but I can’t for the life of me work out how to get one of the bulbs out of this interior pendant light to replace it!

The small white caps at the bottom are too small and smooth to grip properly and the caps at the top seem fixed in place and won't budge at all when I try and pry then out with a bottle opener in the small holes!

Any advice would be greatly appreciated as it’s driving me nuts!

Thank you!

Maybe the top cap unscrews?
Does it actually have bulbs? If fixture is less than 10 years old it may contain integrated LED modules in the tubes - difficult to source and replace, ie not DIY.
