The feature lights are from Beacon lighting.
The pendant lights were meant to be a little further apart. They are these ones:

We are about to start building in a month but have already purchased or ordered most of the pendants. I have found such great inspiration and help from the forum so I thought I would add our light choices to this thread.

This is what the partner and I like for our living room. Have you priced them at all? Would like something to take back to our retailer.

Here it is. Currently on sale at Beacon Lighting. http://www.beaconlighting.com.au/jacob- ... e-oak.html
We've got a 50 dollar voucher I think, so this is perfect.
LED downlights in the eaves
Kitchen pendants... I am in love with these. When off they look chrome but they go a little transparent when on so you can see the bulbs. These are white globes but we will swap them for clear when we take handover so you can see the wires. Unfortunately we didn't have bulbs for the dining light, but its also a favorite of mine. I'm also a big fan of the downlights in the rest of the living area, but they aren't quite as exciting to share a photo of!
The main bedroom light is another one I'm really happy with. Its black string around a white centre shade.
Chandelier over dining table:
Outside downlights, two either side of garage and one at front door:
The niche near the kitchen:
Our bedroom, no pendant or chandelier in here as we have a ceiling fan with a light, but do have two downlights over the bed:
This one's just a cute little touch-lamp my Mum bought me for Christmas hehe:
We have the downlights throughout the whole house - the only lights that aren't are in the bathrooms, where we have the 3-in-1s.

That looks AMAZING. Any pictures of it in? And can you give a ballpark cost at all?
