Suggestions to renovate our home (confused and clueless)

Hi Everyone,

Looking for suggestions to extend our old house which (for some reason) was build diagonally across the block. We would love to add some extra space by adding an extra room, a garage and an ensuite (quite a big undertaking)

Would love to get some thoughts . The following is rough copy of our plans .
