Vj wall removal, load bearing. tips and advice needed.

I'm working on my old farm house and would like to open up as much of this wall (photo) as possible without spending a lot of money.

my idea was to frame out for two 820 french doors but now thinking a 200mm LVL under the top plate with a pack of new studs either side. the wall spans 3600mm and the roof frame sits on top plate.

I can do it but know I'll do something silly that could be avoided.
