Turning clad to brick house

If we have a clad house. Is it feasible to knock down couple of walls at a time and rebuild it with brick? And then after sometime couple of other walls.

Being a novice to real estate and construction industry, just trying to understand if this is possible
Real Estate Agents and their websites are the worst at giving engineering and construction advice
They tell you to look at your build plan from the top (walls) down in reality its from the bottom up...Start with the footings that supports the Brickwork .hth
