I can see theh Black Swan onthe windows so it's somewhere in WA obviously, maybe the Parliament House type of thing, (sorry don't know the name only lived there 2 years as a kid)

Black swans and crowns..... gotta be a government building in WA (most likely Perth) maybe a court or parliament house as TM said. Afraid I've never been to WA so can't be more precise than that!

Yep. It was maintenance time at the legislative assembly chamber at Perth Parliament House. The leather had been taken off the arms and seats of the chairs for replacement, and I was cleaning the axminster. I used to do the carpets there from about '88 for about 8 years. Those particular carpets (with the swans) were replaced in the mid 90's with Brintons axminster.
