Newly installed curtains. I've waited a couple of weeks for them to drop. Haven't ironed them, although I'm wondering if this is all they need. Advice? Get the installer back out? TIA.

Our fabric curtains took a while before the creases disappeared. I'd be more concerned with the stitching on the bottom hem. It looks puckered to me.
Yep get them back out. The seams are puckered at the vertical joins and along the bottom hem. Give it another week or two so they know you've given it a decent chance to drop.. No doubt they will say that's all it needs.
The stitching sticks out as bad to me. I'd be asking them back to investigate the stitching and then mention the creases to et their pro opinion on when they should fall out. Otherwise Maybe You could steam them lightly
