Just wanted to check if anyone had their land valuation done recently around the boundary road area in Schofields. Ours just came through from commbank today and it's been valued 50k less than the contract price. Do different banks value differently? Any suggestions on banks please?

Hi there.. commbank values it less. Go with some other bank. I went with st george
I bought land in Yating avenue schofileds.. and yes different banks use different valuers.
