Hi, just wondering if any one bought land at Leppington living release, rose grounds (nsw)
I was looking at 260 sq mtr plot (small I know) going for $370000 at fourteenth avenue
Building plans allow for double door garage at the rear, that could be converted to a granny flat
1.5 kms from Leppington station
Just wondering if this is a good deal, I note prices have off late started to decline, price for this lot seems quiet bullish
