Husband and i are hoping to put a deposit on a block in serpentine downs later this year. This is a first time build. Anyone have a rough estimate on site works? Are septic tanks needed? Whats the average price for land and build in the area? I just want to get some rough figures so we don't get in to deep thanks everyone

Following this as we are wanting to do the same.
From what I have been told is you will need a septic tank which is around 13, you also need a 1m sand pad and depending on site works up to 40k for site works depending. We have costed a 200k house and land being maybe 350k???? 100k to finish for what we are after.
You'll need a septic tank for sure.
