Hello,
I recently bought a land and it will get titled in January-2022. In next couple of weeks, we would be engaging the lender and the valuation would start.
My query is, if the land valued lesser than the purchase price, do I have pay the difference out of my pocket? how does it work. Would be great if you guys and point me in the right direction.
