Need advice on land orientation in Melbourne

Hello all, First of all, apologies. I understand this question has been asked gazillion times.

I am looking to buy a block of land in the south east suburbs. The ones available in the size I want are either North facing, east facing or west facing.Would have preferred a south facing block so that I can have the living areas, back yard and master BR facing north. If I wish to go ahead with this purchase, what would be my best option?

Either east facing or west facing, you will be able to design living areas facing north.

If you will be using a volume builder, it just means that it might take you longer to find a suitable floor plan you like.

Any architect or draft person would be able to draw a nice plan to suit your land orientation.

Of all those options, I'd choose east facing myself. Yard and pool...very nice.
