land and soil type

Hi all,

Would a soil type be the same from LOT 001 across to LOT 005?

Let's say the person did a soil test in LOT 001 and it came up with M type. Would it be same for LOT 002 - 005?

Brandon
There are a lot of variables so although a test may give an indication no builder will accept that a test from an adjacent lot will be accurate.
