Hi All, Just joined the forum today, I have been long looking for you guys in Whirlpool but thank god someone had suggested this forum for anything with building discussions would be happening here. I am home.
We are buying in Stage 4B - park frontage. Titles expected Oct afa what I am told.
Really hoping to get titles in time to have contract signed by Dec 31. You would know why.
Any medium-volume builder recommendations who can do plan customization because I am very particular about what I want, where I want. (unfortunately first home buyer who needs to keep house+land total <$750 to be eligible for $30k savings available from gov.
