Saphire Pools

Pool being installed as we speak. Bobcat driver argued for about an hour about working in the rain, driving over limestone & decking ( covered with boards) We have asked him to start,he kept stopping & starting, now did a wheelie on alfresco like a bad tempered child. project manager to busy to come onsite he said. Office staff & managers mysteriously unavailable.

Dig is now finished ( very small pool 3mx6m) under 4 hour timeframe and bobcat driver getting aggressive again wanting extra payment for digging up grass with clean fill.

So far the expereince with Saphire pools has been unbelievably bad!
Now waiting for shell to be put in at 2pm! See how that goes!!!

While it doesn't excuse his behaviour, I guess the bobcat operator was worried about driving over your boarded limestone and decking as he would have been held responsible and liable for any damage. He should have refused pending an onsite meeting with the Project or Business Manager, rather than throw a tantrum.
