That's a fairly bold statement, I couldn't imagine a company like Schweigen wouldn't have no service at all.

Sorry I should say their service doesn't match with their price. They are really poor service.

Care to elaborate? I just bought one of their rangehoods today.

Certainly no problem with them here in the west.

Edit the tile and be less cryptic.....

We have one of their wall canopy hoods (ds3170s). No problem for me also. Spoke to their technical service once and they were very helpful.
